SPOKANE, Wash. (March 6, 2013)—After police in Spokane, Wash., received a report of a possible pipe bomb, the bomb squad was dispatched and technicians blew the device up.
But it turns out the pipe-like device wasn’t a bomb, but instead a bong.
Officially, a police spokeswoman said what officers found was "a piece of drug paraphernalia associated with marijuana."
