SOUTH GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (March 4, 2013)--More than 700 students at South Glens Falls High School in upstate New York danced the weekend away for charity and raised $489,000 for local causes in the process.
And after hours of Conga lines, "Gangnam Style," giddy-ups, hand jives and the "Harlem Shake," the flushed and weary teens cleared a path for people who walked or were wheeled to the stage at one end of the gym.
One by one the people including a woman battling cancer, mothers of ailing children, and car crash survivors, thanked the dancers.
