NEW YORK (May 14, 2013)--A police officer who went after a cat that was stuck in a tree ended up getting stuck, too, and need some help to get back on the ground Monday afternoon in Queens.
The Fire Department of New York says a call came in that a man attempting to get a cat out of a tree had gotten stuck.
Fire department personnel used a bucket ladder to get the man and the cat down.
The man, the fire department said, is a police officer.
The New York Police Department had no comment.
