TOOELE, Utah (March 18, 2013)—Police in Utah arrested a man and his wife shortly after the robbery of a Wells Fargo branch and discovered the couple had brought their kids with them.

The man and woman, both 27, were arrested shortly after the robbery last week.

Officers found the children, ages 5 and 2, in the backseat of the car.

The couple told officers they robbed the bank because they faced eviction and mounting medical bills.
