COTTONWOOD HEIGHTS, Utah (September 24, 2012)--Lenora Johnson found herself eye-to-eye with a moose on the loose when the animal walked right up her driveway in a suburban Salt Lake City neighborhood.

She’s 5-foot-7 and she says the moose was about her height.

She knows because she looked the moose in the eye.

She ducked into her house to get her camera and the moose got so close it left nose prints on her window.

Animal control officers subdued the moose with a tranquilizer dart and after the animal came to, it wandered off on its own.
