Topless Rally Was, Well, A Bust

PITTSBURGH (August 26, 2013)--Organizers of were hoping to celebrate Women's Equality Day Sunday in Pittsburgh with a topless rally, fewer than a dozen protesters showed up and the only ones who were shirtless were guys.

Rally organizers said police warned them they could be arrested for appearing in public naked from the waist up.

Some of the female demonstrators wore strategically-placed duct tape or bikini tops to ensure they weren’t showing too much.

Supporters of contend it's unfair for men to be allowed to go shirtless in public while women can't.
