HONOLULU (January 25, 2013)--Researchers are looking for some help with a menu for a simulated four-month mission to Mars.
The project involving the University of Hawaii at Manoa and Cornell University is aimed at helping NASA determine the best way to keep astronauts well fed during long missions to Mars or the moon.
Recipe ideas can be submitted to the Hawaii Space Exploration Analog and Simulation website.
