LANCASTER, Pa. (February 12, 2013)--A Pennsylvania woman was after she allowed her 3-year-old son to handle a gasoline pump, and the child sprayed fuel onto himself, Manheim Township Police said Tuesday.
Theresa Moran Camera, 46, of Lancaster, Pa., was charged with endangering the welfare of a child, police said.
Officers were sent to a supermarket on Jan. 19 and determined the boy removed the nozzle from the vehicle without releasing the handle, police said.
The vehicle had left by the time police arrived, but witnesses gave investigators a license number.
Court officials say Camera doesn't have a lawyer on file, and a home listing for her couldn't be located.
