ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (December 21, 2012)--New Mexico Lottery officials say Marjorie McDaniel found a winning $1 million Powerball ticket in her car, among lottery tickets and coupons scattered on the floorboards.

She took the lottery tickets to a store to have them checked, and a clerk said one them was a big winner.

The new millionaire says she'll use the money to pay off her mortgage and make investments.
