LOS ANGELES (December 4, 2013) A California woman, Cecilia Abadie is fighting a traffic ticket issued for driving with Google Glass.
Abadie is believed to be the first person to be cited for using Google's computer-in-an-eyeglass.
The California Highway Patrol says she was stopped for speeding, but the officer gave her an additional ticket for use of a video screen visible in the front seat.
Her lawyer says the device wasn't on while the woman was driving, but automatically switched on when she looked up at the officer.
A trial is set for next month.
