CARROLLTON (March 18, 2013)--Relatives and friends of two Carrollton girls who disappeared 25 years ago during spring break will gather this week to remember the two, whose fate remains a mystery.
A candlelight vigil will be held Tuesday night for Stacie Madison and Susan Smalley who’ve been missing since March 1988.
The vigil will be held at Newman Smith High School in Carrollton where both girls were seniors.
Stacie was 17 and Susan was 18 years old when they disappeared.
They were last seen at the Addison restaurant where Susan worked.
The younger girl's car was later found abandoned.
Carrollton police say the case remains open.
