RICHARDSON (October 9, 2012)—Richardson-based Fossil Inc. says Vice Chairman Mark Quick will retire from his post this month and become a member of the board.

Fossil says Quick has served as vice chairman since January 2007.

The watch and accessories company said Tuesday that his responsibilities as vice chairman will be assigned to other senior executives.

Quick's retirement from the position is effective on Oct. 26, at which time he will become a director, which will bring Fossil Inc.'s board to 12 members.
