SAN ANTONIO (November 25, 2012)--A hiker was injured in a mountain lion attack at Big Bend National Park.

The National Park Service says the woman and her friends were hiking Friday in a remote area when the attack happened.

The woman suffered minor injuries, for which she was treated.

A part the park has been closed so that rangers can look for the mountain lion and investigate the attack, authorities said.
