NASHVILLE, Tenn. (November 7, 2012)--Sammy Kershaw says he is thankful to be alive after his tour bus was struck by another vehicle in Nocona.
The impact caused major damage to the bus, and the car was totaled.
The driver of the car was hospitalized with injuries and Kershaw and the nine members of his band and crew were shaken and, sore but not seriously hurt. In a statement,
"Buses and cars can be replaced but people can't," Kershaw said.
No one died, but Kershaw says it could've gone the other way.
He believes they had "a guardian angel."
Kershaw has not canceled any concerts as a result of the crash.
