HOUSTON (January 15, 2013)--A Houston-area woman is accused of shooting her 19-year-old in the head and killing him as he sat on a couch after the two argued.
Nesha Kraidieh was charged with murder in her son's death, the Harris County Sheriff's Office said Tuesday.
She told investigators that her son shoved her during the first of two arguments Monday.
He was later shot while he was sitting on the sofa.
The victim, Phillip Vanshawn Apostolo, was pronounced dead at a hospital.
Investigators did not immediately say why the woman and Apostolo disagreed.
