Couple Charged With Having Sex In Bar
Two frisky patrons are charged with having sex in a bar while other customers watched.

(December 5, 2008)—Two frisky patrons of a North Dakota bar are charged with having sex while other customers watched, and the Hankinson, N.D. City Council has ordered the Spare Time bar to close for two weeks and serve two years probation.

The couple is charged with fornicating in public.

Authorities say the impromptu sex show lasted for a-half hour.

Many bar patrons recorded the action on their cell phone cameras.

Bar owner Roger Boutain asked city leaders to go easy because he wasn't in the bar at the time.

He also said he fired the bartender.
