Would Be Robber Clobbered With A Spoon A would-be robber got clobbered with a spoon after trying to hold up a restaurant

MUSKEGO, Wis. (January 27, 2009)--A would-be robber got clobbered with a spoon when he tried to hold up a restaurant in Wisconsin.

Police said the chef at the Williams Supper Club in Muskego clobbered Joey Geraci with a large serving spoon put him in a headlock.

Two restaurant employees and patrons pinned him to the ground until police arrived.

Officers say Geraci entered the supper club through a kitchen door, grabbed a teenage female employee and demanded money.

Police said he claimed to have a weapon.

He was charged with felony armed robbery.
