NEWARK, Ohio (April 1, 2009)--An Ohio man is facing charges after he had an accident while driving his motorized barstool after downing a dozen beers.
The 28-year-old man was ticketed for operating a motorized vehicle under the influence.
According to a police report, the man admitted he had been drinking and was driving home when his barstool crashed.
The motorized barstool is made from lawnmower parts.
It has a top speed of just less than 40 miles per hour.
