DENVER (July 8, 2009)—They were Rockies, just not the right Rockies and a candidate for governor in Colorado is between a rock and hard place over the mistake.
Republican Scott McInnis accidentally used a picture of the Canadian Rockies on his Web site.
Campaign officials say a design consultant who created the Web site made the goof.
There's now a picture of the Flatirons rock formations in Boulder, Colo., on the site.
