MILLVILLE, N.J. (September 18, 2009)—Police officers in Millville, N.J., say the odd looking plants sprouting on High Street were indeed marijuana.
They were in basket hanging from a lamppost in Millville's business district.
Someone who noticed the strange looking greenery tipped off authorities.
Officials, however, have no idea how the pot ended up on High Street.
