Four Of The Country’s 10 Wackiest Attractions Are In Texas
The travel advice Web site TripAdvisor is out with its list of the nation’s 10 wackiest attractions, and four of them are in Texas.

Amarillo's Cadillac Ranch is No. 3 on the list.

(October 19, 2009)—Four of the top 10 wackiest attractions in the country are in Texas, according to the travel advice Web site TripAdvisor.
In fact, the Toilet Seat Museum in Alamo Heights tops the list.
It features more than 800 toilet seat lids, but doesn’t have a bathroom.
The legendary Cadillac Ranch in Amarillo comes in at No. 3.
The Eiffel Tower in Paris is No. 6.
And Stonehenge II in Kerrville is No. 8.

Cadillac Ranch is great, and I understand he is building a beautiful lilly pond garden. If you can never make it to Paris, France, Eiffel Tower, at least go to Las Vegas and see theirs, plus Hoover Dam. And don't miss Longhorn or Carlesbad Caverns, or Inner Space Caverns.

Paris also has Jesus in cowboy boots at one of the local cemeteries. And, the Eiffel Tower has a red cowboy hat on top.
