BELTON (March 20, 2013)--The Belton Heritage Huck Ultimate Frisbee Tournament will put residents’ throwing skills to the test Saturday.
The object of the game is to score points by throwing or flinging the disc to a player in the opposing end zone without running with the disc.
If a pass is incomplete, intercepted, or caught out of bounds, the opposing team gains possession.
The entry fee is $10 with snacks and water available.
The fun is set to begin at 9 a.m. and end at 4 p.m. at Heritage Park on Park Avenue.
The event is sponsored by the city’s recreation department.
