COPPERAS COVE (February 8, 2013)—A Jacksboro man was being held Friday in the Coryell County Jail charged with sexual assault of a child in Copperas Cove.

David Lee Dean, 32, was ordered held on a $100,000 bond in connection with an incident that happened in Copperas Cove last November.

Coryell County Justice of the Peace Bill Price signed an arrest complaint that said a 10-year-old girl said in a forensic interview that she had been sexually assaulted by a man who was visiting her residence over the Thanksgiving holiday.

The victim reported the man had her lie down with him one evening after which she fell asleep.

The girl reported she was awakened when the man began touching her inappropriately.
