GATESVILLE (July 2, 2012)—Dusty Alan Zacha, 30, of Gatesville was arrested early Monday a 12-year-old boy was struck in an incident witnessed by officers who responded to a report of domestic disturbance in the 300 block of Gateway Circle.
Officers had determined that a man and a woman argued at that address, but that no violence was involved, and were leaving the residence when saw the 12-year-old being struck.
Zacha is facing charges of injury to a child, obstruction or retaliation and resisting arrest.
Bond had not been set as of Monday afternoon, according to online records.
