GATESVILLE (December 7, 2012)--Two men and a juvenile have been arrested after a break-in at a home in Gatesville during which the residents were attacked.

Gatesville police Chief Nathan Gholke said Justin Trey Davis, 20, and James David Robinson, Sr., along with an unnamed 14-year-old, were arrested after the break-in at a residence Wednesday night on Old Pidcoke Road.

The residents were attacked with bottles and knives, he said.

Davis and Robinson were ordered held on bonds totaling $70,000 each, both charged with burglary of a habitation with intent to commit another felony and engaging in organized criminal activity.

A juvenile who was arrested at the same time was detained for a short time and then was released to his parents, Gholke said.

A police report shows just before midnight on Wednesday night officers were sent to the home after residents there reported they'd been attacked and beaten by three men who broke into the home.

By the time officers arrived the suspects had fled, but within an hour Davis, Robinson and the juvenile were located at a residence on Spindletop Street and arrested.

Gholke said the victims suffered minor injuries, but none had to be hospitalized.
