GROSEBECK (August 4, 2011)- Central Texas runners looking to get some good exercise without out melting in the mid-day sun have a chance to do so Saturday morning in Groesbeck.

The 1st Annual Oletha 5K run gets underway Saturday at 7:45 a.m.

The run will start at the Oletha Baptist Church and will follow a route along LCR 741.

Registration is $20, which gets participants a T-shirt, unlimited e water and Gatorade, fruit, and granola bars.

The registration fee also goes towards helping out the Oletha Community Center Association which is a non-profit organization that sponsors monthly dinners at the church.
