HILLSBORO (January 3, 2013)--Some teachers with Hillsboro ISD will receive a grant from the Hillsboro ISD Education Foundation.
Teachers submitted their ideas for how they would use the grant, and educators from Franklin Elementary, Hillsboro Elementary, Hillsboro Intermediate, Hillsboro Junior High and Hillsboro High School will receive the grant if their proposal for its use was selected.
Members of the organization will travel to the different campuses on January 25.
The teachers do not know which of them have been selected to receive the grants.
A total of 27 grants will be awarded.
