(October 30, 2012)--Texas Library Snapshot Day will be going on at many libraries across the state Wednesday.
The day is designed to reveal the library’s significance in the lives of residents through photos taken of those actively engaging in library resources and programs.
Photos of people using computers, reading and researching will be used to present a typical day at the library so that comments, photos and statistics can be shared with other libraries across the state.
As part of the event, the Hillsboro City Library will hold a Halloween scavenger hunt for children beginning at 3 p.m. as well as a variety of games.
