KILLEEN (November 8, 2012)--A used book sale will be on Saturday at the Killeen Community Center.

Hardbacks, paperbacks, magazines CDs and DVDs will be sold for $1 or less.

The early bird sale is from 8 a.m. until 9 a.m. and is $5 to attend if you are not a member of the Friends of the Killeen City Library organization.

Admission is free for the general sale from 9 a.m. until noon.

For $3, patrons will receive a paper bag to hold the purchased items.

The sale is put on by the Friends of the Killeen City Library System and proceeds will benefit the organization.

It takes place at the Killeen Community Center on E. Veterans Memorial Boulevard.
