KILLEEN (January 31, 2013)—The City of Killeen will celebrate the start of Black History Month with a reception next week.
The public is invited to the reception at 5 p.m. Tuesday at City Hall.
Killeen Mayor Dan Corbin will present a proclamation declaring February Black History Month in the city to the Killeen branch of the NAACP during the reception.
