KILLEEN (November 28, 2012)--Killeen police have arrested a second suspect in connection with a robbery at a local apartment complex.

Xavier Devoyrez Gray, 20, was ordered held in the Bell County Jail in lieu of a $100,000 bond, charged with aggravated robbery.

Gray was arrested in connection with a reported aggravated robbery for which Bryce Cameron Bates, 24, also was arrested and was ordered held in lieu of $100,000 bond.

Killeen police say officers were sent at around 10 p.m. last Wednesday to an apartment complex in the 200 block of East Hallmark Avenue after a caller reported a man armed with a shotgun had robbed him.

The victim told police he was leaving his apartment when the robber approached him and ordered him to empty his pockets.

An arrest affidavit says another man who may be an accomplice to the robbery reported he was there when the armed man demanded money from the victim.
