KILLEEN (October 22, 2012)--Space Week 2012 got underway Monday at West Ward Elementary School.
Students will spend the week participating in space related activities and educational programs.
Some of the projects that have been planned include: shuttle construction, a visit to the planetarium, astronomy guest speakers, mission simulations and an Armed Forces rocket launch.
The events are in collaboration with the CTC Planetarium.
