KILLEEN (October 16, 2012)--A three-day seminar will be held by the Texas Association of Polygraph Examiners beginning Thursday.
CTC Criminal Justice Professor and former advisor to the U.S. Congress Office of Technological Assessment Dr. Antonio S. Barrio, of Lampasas, will be the featured speaker.
The seminar will take place at the Shilo Inns Suites Hotel in Killeen.
