LAMPASAS (October 4, 2012)—After nearly 30 years, County Auditor Jack Clark will leave his post at the end of the year.
District Court Judge Joe Carroll is hoping to find a replacement for Clark and must do so before his own retirement at the end of the year.
The number people who have applied for the county auditor position was not disclosed Thursday.
