LAMPASAS (February 22, 2013)--Manufacturing Plant Windsor Foods is operational after the roof caught fire Tuesday.
The Lampasas Fire Department responded to the call just after 4 a.m.
The plant on 3rd Street was not damaged except for approximately fifty square feet of the roof which will need replacing, Lampasas Fire Marshal Reece Oestreich said earlier this week.
Oestreich cited electrical failure as the cause of the fire but according to Windsor Foods Senior Vice President Lynn Hall, officials are continuing to investigate.
