LAMPASAS (October 2, 2012)--A Lampasas man was arrested after neighbors reported a man had repeatedly undressed in his front yard exposing himself.
Neighbors reported to police that on several occasions a man would walk outside, undress himself and stand in his yard.
Police estimated that one neighbor witnessed it at least three times in one month.
“We decided to investigate and within a matter of days a warrant was put out,” a police spokesperson said.
Mathias Martin, 34, was arrested Monday on a Lampasas Municipal Court warrant charging indecent exposure and was taken to the Lampasas County Jail.
His bond was set at $2,500.
Martin bonded out the same day.
