LAMPASAS (June 6, 2012)--A Lampasas man was arrested on Tuesday after an altercation that left his brother with a cut on the nose and a lump on the head, police said.
Officers were dispatched at around 7 p.m. Tuesday to a residence in the 700 block of South Main in response to a report of a disturbance.
When officers arrived they found five people standing in the front yard arguing, one of whom, Ray Aleman, was injured.
Gavino Aleman, 39, was arrested and was facing an assault charge Wednesday.
He was in the Lampasas County Jail Wednesday morning.
