LORENA (December 21, 2012)--A boil order issued Thursday for Lorena water customers on the east side of I-35 was lifted Friday.
The order was issued after contractors working on the I-35 expansion project broke a pipe while digging, the second time in less than three months.
It affected customers south of Lorena who live in the Quarry Subdivision, Evelyn, Sutton Place, Old Rosenthal Road, South Old Temple Road, Creek Road, Telephone Road, Gruetzner Road, Woodlawn Road, Skyline Circle, South Old Bruceville Road and Clay Hill Road.
