SALADO (September 26, 2012)--The “Aware Victory Collection” is a special doll collection to be unveiled Thursday to raise awareness of child abuse victims.

The collection of dolls tell the story of a child who was helped by Aware Central Texas of Belton.

From 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. at Prellop’s Fine Art Gallery on Creek Side, the doll collection designed by Frances Alvaredo will be unveiled and a raffle supported by area businesses will get underway.

Proceeds will support prevention education services throughout Central Texas.

Raffle tickets are $10 or three for $25.
