TEMPLE (February 25, 2013)--Temple police are investigating a weekend stabbing at a bar that sent a man to a local hospital.
Officers were sent to Bum’s Sports Bar at around 2 a.m. Sunday at 215 Southwest HK Dodgen Loop in response and found a 21-year-old man whose name was not released who had been stabbed repeatedly.
The man was taken to Scott & White Hospital.
His wounds weren’t life threatening, police said Monday.
Officers detained another man inside the bar, but the Bell County District Attorney’s Office declined to file a complaint, police said.
Officers determined that an argument inside the bar between the two men led to the stabbing.
