ROBINSON (January 10, 2013)- A local overpass was shut down for a couple of hours Thursday night after a big rig flipped over and spilled gravel on the road.
The big rig flipped around 4 p.m. Thursday on the Highway 77 overpass that runs over Loop 340.
The overpass was shutdown for more than three hours while crews cleaned up the gravel that was spilled.
No other vehicles were involved, and the driver of the big rig was not hurt.
Police did issues the driver a citation for failure to control speed.
