WACO (October 4, 2012)- A man was taken to a Central Texas hospital Thursday night after he was hit by a truck.
Around 8 p.m. crews were sent out to the intersection of North 15th Street and Cumberland in Waco.
A man on a scooter was in the middle of the street when a Dodge Truck struck him, police said.
The man was taken to Hillcrest Baptist Medical Center with unknown injuries, police said.
The driver of the truck was not given a ticket, police said.
