WACO (July 31, 2014) Three people were injured Thursday morning when a Jeep crashed into a North Waco home after a collision at a busy intersection.
The injuries were minor, police said, and all three victims were released after they were treated at a local hospital.
A witness told officers that at around 9 a.m. Thursday, a Jeep whose driver ran a red light crashed into a Chevrolet HHR, and then continued through the intersection, crashing into the home at the corner of New Road and Sanger Avenue, Waco police Sgt. W. Patrick Swanton said.
The woman who lives in the home said it was the second time since she has lived there that a vehicle has run into her house.
