WACO (February 1, 2013)--A Waco man was held Friday in the McLennan County Jail after he was arrested and charged in the sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl.
Jose Ariel Zuniga, 18, was ordered held in lieu of $25,000 bond charged with aggravated sexual assault of a child.
Waco police Officer Steve Anderson said police reports indicate the victim who is a 13-year-old girl reported the incident on May 8, 2012.
Anderson said the assault happened at a Waco business and the victim and the suspect are acquainted.
