WACO (February 27, 2013)--An informational session is slated for Thursday for potential foster parents.
Child Protective Services is working to partner with faith-based organizations to recruit adults who would give children without parents a good home.
Families who would like to learn more about the need and what is required of foster parents should attend the meeting slated for 3 p.m. at the CPS office on Austin Avenue.
CPS hopes that church congregations will be among those to identify potential foster parents.
