WACO (December 19, 2012)--Mukah, an orangutan at the Cameron Park Zoo, received a trophy Wednesday for his Big Twelve football picks.

Mukah picks his winning teams against local businesses that participate.

Mukah has been picking the teams he likes for the past three years and this year was his best year on record.

His record of 52/23 means his picks were almost as successful as the top two human competitors who tied with a record of 57/18.

The orangutan received his honorable mention trophy because he was the only one to pick all of the upsets this year.

Mukah makes his selection by choosing between two cups with the teams’ logo, usually containing a treat in each.
