- The lawyer for a local landscaper who was caught up in the Twin Peaks shooting arrests has filed a voluntary dismissal of a federal lawsuit that named Waco police, the city, the district attorney and McLennan County.
An attorney for a Hewitt man who was arrested after the deadly shootout at Waco’s Twin Peaks restaurant in May has asked a district judge to force lawyers for Don Carlos restaurant to turn over surveillance video from the day of the shooting.
