Waco: Man Struck By Vehicle On Airport Ramp

WACO (February 5, 2014) A man was injured Wednesday afternoon when a vehicle struck him just outside the L-3 complex at Waco’s TSTC Airport.

The man, who was not identified, was taken to a Waco hospital with leg and back injuries.

Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched just after 2 p.m. Wednesday to 1501 Airline Dr., adjacent to the TSTC campus, after a caller reported an auto-pedestrian accident, assistant fire Chief D.C. Yeager said.

The vehicle was described as a tractor-like vehicle used to move airplanes.

Details of the accident were not immediately available.
