WACO (August 17, 2012)--TSTC will hold their summer 2012 commencement ceremony Friday.
The ceremony will start at 6 p.m. at the Waco Convention Center on Washington Ave.
TSTC alum and former meteorologist Nick Piesco will be the guest speaker at the event.
