FORT HOOD (August 17, 2012)--The free annual Family and MWR Hotter Than Hades 5k Run gets underway on Saturday.
Beginning at 8 a.m. runners will take off from Abrams Physical Fitness Center off of 62nd Street.
Registration is free and the race is open to the public.
Participants can register at any of the Fort Hood physical fitness centers, online or at the race.
Trophies will be awarded to the best overall male and female times, and medals will be awarded to first through third place finishers in each age category.
